For online stores operated by the third party company Ochre Music Limited, certain categories of data about you may be used for the following purposes: (i) to enable the display of targeted content and advertising and to measure the effectiveness of such displays; and (ii) to improve Ochre Music Limited's online store, products/services, marketing as well as customer relationships and experiences. These processing activities will be carried out by Ochre Music Limited and Because Music Limited as joint data controllers. The purposes for which we use cookies and other trackers set via the Site are described in our Cookies Policy, which can be consulted by clicking here. Except for those with purely technical purposes, we obtain your consent before setting cookies and other trackers on your device.
RETENTION PERIODS FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We retain your personal data for a limited period of time and in a secure manner. The length of time we keep your personal data depends on the purposes for which it was collected and the legal and regulatory requirements.

6. Recipients of your personal data
